The Exploratorium Site.
Lots of info on useful science activities and Exploratorium publications.
Also a free downloadable copy of the Exploratorium Science Snackbook!
Goddard
Space Flight Center Space Science Education page. Lots of neat
stuff on NASA and space, complete with activity descriptions
and curriculum material.
The Franklin Institute of Science Museum.
This site also has lots of useful science activities and lesson plans.
The Smithsonian Institute. They offer a
resource guide for teachers, and many publications that can be ordered -
some for free.
Science Learning Network home page.
Online activities and teacher resources from museums in
the "Network", such as the Franklin Institute and the Exploratorium.
Over 200 hyperlinks
to educational resources and information, and online science activities.

PBS Online. Overviews of PBS programs.
videos available for purchase, some teacher aids, and
some useful links to other educational resources.
Teacher's Network home page.
Lists and descriptions of lots of classroom projects and
activities.
The National Science Teacher Association.
They mostly offer science education material for sale, and some information
on science activities and lesson plans.
Bill Nye the Science Guy's web site.
A lot of cool activities and demos to do in class or at home. Principles
are explained in easy to understand terms. Lots of good links too.
Newton's Apple site. Lesson
plans, discussion material, experiments, and activities. Handy for
developing new lessons. They also have videos for sale.
Hands On Science Centers
Worldwide. Links to international science education sites
with an emphisis on interactive activities.
Cyber-School Magazine.
An online magazine for teachers and students with a HUGE
number of links to other learning sites.
The Globe Program homepage. Thousands
of K-12 science classes from around the world post environmental
data here for use by researchers. Get involved!
Amazing Space
is a set of web-based activities in space science primarily designed for
classroom use, but made available for all to enjoy.
