Waste Emergency Spill Assistance
Instructions for Contacting TSO personnel During Normal Duty Hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. M–F) First:
If no answer: Call extension 2350 (282-2350) and ask for Director of TSO. If no answer: Follow procedures for off-duty hours. During Off-Duty Hours Call Public Safety at extension 2515 (282-2515 off campus) It is important to give as much information as possible to responding personnel. Be prepared to provide building name, building number, street address, specific location (floor and room number), and specific hazards involved. If necessary, get yourself and others away & close the door. Then, take the following precautions if necessary. Send someone to
notify your Floor or Building Emergency Coordinator of the situation (this
information should be posted near the stairs/exit doors of each floor).
Wait in a safe area until you are contacted by an Emergency Coordinator
or Campus Safety Officer.
