This colloquium is a summary of three research projects currently underway at the Idaho Accelerator Center at Idaho State University. The talks will present different techniques for detection, identification and quantification of fissionable materials using a pulsed linear electron accelerator. High purity germanium (HPGe) and Bi4Ge3O12 detectors were used in the investigation of β-delayed γ-rays from photofission while 3He detectors were used to investigate β-delayed neutron emissions. The spectra collected from these detectors were time and/or energy analyzed to isolate useable signatures of fission.
