PHYS 114/214   Physics Lab II

Welcome to the ISU Physics Department's Physics Lab II web site. All labs begin the week of January 28th during the 2008 spring semester. You will need to download, print on a quality printer and bring with you to the first (orientation) lab a copy of both the syllabus and a lab schedule for either fall or spring. The course manual is available in chapters below. It is suggested that you download the course manual a chapter at a time but at least 1 week before it is needed in lab. Much of the material on this site is in Adobe PDF format. If you are using a computer in a campus computer lab, the Acrobat Reader that reads these files should already be installed, if not, a consultant will help you.  If you are using your home, or any off-campus computer, you are on your own but you can install the Acrobat Reader, free of charge, by following the directions below. You might want to check out the lab FAQ for tips on accessing files, course procedures, etc. Lab finals begin the week of April 28th (see the schedule). Enjoy the semester and good luck.

Important Notice: If your lab final is canceled due to University closure it will be rescheduled for the same time the following week.
